Since the ideas are just that and not necessarily finished or accepted proposals, just because an idea is described here doesn’t mean it’s something that should or will be implemented.
Any specific feature requests should be logged on the bugtracker

Ideas that affect core patch semantics
The following ideas require additions to core patch theory
